Breaking New Ground: Presenting
The George W. Bush Presidential Center

Hear President and Mrs. Bush reflect on some of the treasures on exhibit in the video above.

The Special Exhibition featured some of the most historic treasures from the presidency of George W. Bush. Visitors learned about the vision for the Bush Center, highlights from the ongoing initiatives at the Bush Institute and what this dynamic presidential center is bringing to Dallas, the region and the country.

The Bush Center

The George W. Bush Presidential Center is a dynamic hub – stimulating new ideas, innovation and action to ensure a freer and better world.

The Bush Center advances the reach of freedom, opportunity, responsibility and compassion, while engaging visitors to reflect on the lessons of the past, focus on the challenge of the present and inspire solutions for a brighter future.

The Bush Institute

The Bush Institute is already active – with four conferences held since the spring of 2010. The Institute’s work focuses on Education Reform, Global Health, Human Freedom and Economic Growth.

The mission of these four Areas of Engagement is to unleash human potential at home and around the world.

The Library – The Archives and
The Museum

The George W. Bush Presidential Library, the 13th presidential library administered by the National Archives and Records Administration, will house the official records of the presidency.

The museum will feature an innovative, interactive experience chronicling the story of President George W. Bush and Mrs. Laura W. Bush’s leadership through the principles they followed and the decisions they made.
